Is important to consider that some elements are necessary in our body, because they give some vitamines or minerals that produce energy that we use daily. But also, we need to know that in excess can be dangerous for our body and damage some functions, also can cause heart's problems and vision's problems. So, we need to know which functions realized each element present in our body and how is consume it.
